If you're looking for more energy, maintaining muscle in a healthy way or wanting to trim a little weight they have phenomenal products! I did the 24 day challenge and was amazed!!!! I lost 7 lbs. and continuing to shed! Also, have just come out with a workout out video that is only 24 minutes LONG! It works your whole body, you will feel sore the next day!

Also, since joining the AdvoCare Team I was skeptical about AdvoCare being a pyramid scheme. BUT if you think about it, do you
work for a corporation? What's the shape of that? A pyramid. What
about your church? Another pyramid. That's how corporate America is
built but instead of the ones on the bottom making the money it's the
ones on top.
Just something to think about - I am starting out part - time! Who knows where it will take me.
